Retreat Agreement & Terms of Service
This Retreat Agreement ("Agreement") is between you, the Participant ("you"), and Zoetic Healing ("Retreat Concierge Company," "we," or "us"). By registering for and/or attending a Zoetic Healing retreat, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Retreat and Travel Scope
This Agreement applies to your entire retreat experience organized by Zoetic Healing, including:
- The time duration of your stay at the retreat location in or around Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico;
- Any activities, sessions, or services offered as part of the retreat itinerary; and
- Your travel to and from Puerto Peñasco, as well as any time en route or returning from the retreat.
You understand that travel arrangements to and from Puerto Peñasco are your sole responsibility, even if we provide recommendations or logistical support.
2. Payment, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
All registration payments and deposits made for a Zoetic Healing retreat are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, any deposit required to reserve your space and any subsequent payments toward your retreat balance.
If you are unable to attend the retreat you originally registered for, your paid amount may, at our discretion, be applied as a credit toward a future Zoetic Healing retreat, subject to availability, future retreat dates, and any updated pricing or policies at that time.
No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel interruptions, changes in personal schedule, or dissatisfaction with the retreat.
3. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that retreats may include physical, emotional, and mental activities, and that travel to and from Puerto Peñasco may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation risks, environmental conditions, and unforeseen events.
You voluntarily participate in all retreat activities and travel at your own risk, and you agree to take full responsibility for your own health, safety, and well-being throughout your travel and stay.
4. Health & Medical Considerations
You are solely responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider prior to attending the retreat, especially if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications. You agree to disclose any relevant health information requested by Zoetic Healing that may impact your participation or safety.
In the event of an illness or medical emergency, you are responsible for any and all related medical expenses, including but not limited to hospitalization, treatment, and medications.
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Zoetic Healing, its owners, facilitators, contractors, employees, and partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the retreat or your travel to, from, or during your stay in Puerto Peñasco.
This includes, without limitation, any claims based on personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, travel delays or cancellations, or any other loss or inconvenience you may experience.
6. Participant Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, responsible manner toward other participants, staff, and the retreat property. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat, without refund, if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or harmful.
7. Changes to Retreat Itinerary
Zoetic Healing reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, activities, or accommodations when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
8. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By submitting the retreat registration form and/or paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Retreat Agreement & Terms of Service.
This Agreement is intended for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. You may wish to consult with an attorney in your jurisdiction to review these terms.
