I handle accommodations, food, and curated activities so you can stay present with your group. Alongside retreat design, I also offer 1:1 coaching for individuals seeking deeper personal or professional transformation, whether or not they’re part of a retreat.

Zoetic Healing was born from a simple belief: when we step out of our usual environment and into an intentional, held space, real change becomes possible. Over time, I saw how often coaches, consultants, and business owners were trying to hold everything—strategy, clients, team, logistics, and their own inner work. I created Zoetic Healing to take the retreat logistics and energetic container off your shoulders, so you and your people can fully drop into the experience. At the same time, my 1:1 coaching work supports not only founders, leaders, and practitioners, but also any individuals who feel called to deeper healing, clarity, or growth—whether or not they ever attend a retreat.

What started out as a small fishing village by the Sea of Cortez has since blossomed into a bustling town with amenities for every budget and desire. Full of fun activities, fun adventures, and cozy get aways on the beach; Puerto Penasco welcomes guests and visitors with open arms.
We have visitors and expats from all around the world. These communities are entwined with the local ebb and flow of life. From the time you cross the border the stress and worry are left behind and you are a short distance to your beachside destination. With awe inspiring sunrises, sunsets, and rugged mountain views in the distance it truly feels like a paradise all its own.
Depending on the time of year you choose to visit us you can look forward to celebrations and festivities both on the water and in town. From Spring Break live entertainment, fishing excursions, whale watching, boat parades, Bike Week, to quiet restorative rental properties this town has it all and loves sharing it with visitors.

Karmyn Hansen
I’m Karmyn Hansen, a 38‑year‑old mom of three and the founder of Zoetic Healing. My work is rooted in over eight years of running my own business, holding space for people to rest, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
Our family moved to Mexico more than eight years ago, to a small seaside town that quickly became a retreat destination. As I supported visiting coaches, professionals, and consultants who were hosting retreats here, I saw how much thought, heart, and logistics go into creating truly life‑changing experiences—and how overwhelming it can be to do it alone, especially in an unfamiliar place.
My background is in hands-on and transformational work. I’m certified in:
- Massage therapy
- Breathwork
- Coaching
- Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Trauma‑informed practices
Over time, supporting retreat leaders from behind the scenes became a genuine passion. I watched guests arrive stressed, guarded, or unsure—and leave softer, clearer, and more connected to themselves. I knew I wanted to dedicate my work to helping more people access that kind of shift.
Zoetic Healing was created to bridge the gap between vision and reality for retreat hosts. I support coaches, professionals, and consultants in designing and delivering retreats that are both logistically grounded and deeply transformational, so they can stay in their zone of genius while knowing the details are held with care.
